At Fiktív, we don’t reinvent the familiar — we invent the unknown.
Our seasonal tasting menus are crafted from everyday ingredients, transformed through forgotten techniques and unexpected pairings. Each course is a story, awakening memories and creating new ones.

Complementing the dishes are our signature in-house drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic — each crafted with its own personality, voice, and story to tell.

Márton Tatai doesn’t follow the conventional path. For him, fine dining is a form of free expression – where acids, textures, and ingredients don’t just harmonize but sometimes create tension. Because in his view, a plate can pose a question, not just provide an answer.

He plays with acidity, bites into vegetables, and provokes with offal. In his hands, traditional ingredients reveal a new face, memories are transformed into flavors, and behind every dish lies a shifted framework.

For her, a drink doesn’t just accompany – it tells a story.
The mastermind behind Fiktív’s alcoholic pairings starts from tradition but finds her true home in the world of experimentation. Her work is driven by bold flavor harmonies and the pursuit of balance – whether it’s wine, sake, sherry, cocktails, or even a brand-new sparkling idea.

For her, drink pairing is an exciting dialogue with food – every sip a new structure, every pairing a carefully composed arc. She doesn’t stop at classic wine-and-food combinations, but instinctively seeks out solutions that are unexpected, yet seamlessly integrated with the dish.

Zoé is the driving force behind Fiktív’s non-alcoholic drink pairings – someone who doesn’t just develop flavors, but reshapes ways of thinking. Her fermented drinks don’t follow the rules – they write new ones.

For her, the ingredient isn’t an endpoint, but a starting point: every cell transforms, every flavor carries a new story. In aroma, taste, and structure, she shapes in ways that also teach us to remember – sometimes the salty-sour finish of a vegetable is just as precise as an old flavor memory.
